REFUND POLICY:
Sorry, we cannot offer refunds for all orders, including cancellations. Double check all orders. Exchanges will only be made on unopened items or damaged items. All returns must be insured and invoice must be inside along with reason for exchange.
When making an exchange, you must email your reason to d@diahna.com in order to receive an exchange #. In addition you must include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
